They enlisted a phenomenal photographer who took beautiful pictures of the property which was advertised on YouTube and multiple media outlets. There were multiple offers at list price within 2 weeks of the listing. We targeted a 39-day close, but with incident. Dana and Bruce went into problem solving mode to ensure that the incident came to a quick and equitable resolution for all parties. It was a pleasant experience working with this dynamic duo.
