My eldest uncle decided to downsize from a 3-bedroom condo to a 1-bedroom apt. I assisted my uncle with the sale of his condo. We worked with Real Estate One agents’ Dana and Bruce. They were highly recommended from the 1-bedroom apt. facility. Dana and Bruce walked me and my uncle through the entire selling process which made it easy during the COVID-19 restrictions. They enlisted a phenomenal photographer who took beautiful pictures of the property which was advertised on YouTube and multiple media outlets. There were multiple offers at list price within 2 weeks of the listing. We targeted a 39-day close, but with incident. Dana and Bruce went into problem solving mode to ensure that the incident came to a quick and equitable resolution for all parties. It was a pleasant experience working with this dynamic duo.
