There are not enough words to describe how blown away I was at her professionalism and her attention to detail in every single step of our process. Brooke went above and beyond every in every aspect and I could not have been more blessed to have been able to work with such an amazing person. I was approved for FHA financing and it’s not the most attractive loan for buyers but Brooke made it happen! She made her self 100% available whenever I needed her and made sure she answered every single question no matter how big or how small. I never realized how far Brooke actually lived and worked from myself until the day of my final walk thru and thinking back anytime I wanted to see a property she would make that trip no matter what, even if it were only for 15 mins. She showed up every-time and on time. She never once made it seem like it was a bother or that it was inconvenient. Her attention to her clients is always very personal and my children to this day still ask when’s the next time they will get to see Brooke. As it came time for our home to close it was very bittersweet as we had found our dream home but our time with Brooke had come to and end. Thank you Brooke for being the amazing person you are! I would consider us to be demanding in our wants. We are an older couple and we knew things we wanted, didn't want and things on which we would not compromise and other things we could forgo. So Brooke's challenge was to manage what could have been perceived as indecisive, flip-floppy and picky. And she knocked it out of the park! Brooke is first and foremost all about her client. She is professional and respectful and personable. She was referring properties as fast as they hit the market.
