Brooke did a great job on all aspects of this process. She only showed up houses that fit our criteria, she followed up on all questions we had and moved quickly when we found "the one". She has a great relationship with the bank and mortgage officer, as well as with the buyer's agent. Brooke was a great real estate agent and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or and/or use her again. Brooke was excellent , she was always on top of the process and when I saw listings online she was very responsive and got showings either the same day or the next day. She had to juggle a sell and buy situation and handled it perfectly . I highly recommend Brooke !

This was our first home and we had no idea what we were doing or where to start. Brooke made every inch of this experience go smoothly and very easy to understand. I would consider us to be demanding in our wants. We are an older couple and we knew things we wanted, didn't want and things on which we would not compromise and other things we could forgo. So Brooke's challenge was to manage what could have been perceived as indecisive, flip-floppy and picky. And she knocked it out of the park! Brooke is first and foremost all about her client. She is professional and respectful and personable. She was referring properties as fast as they hit the market. She was honest and thoughtful in her assessments, prompt in all communication, and above all - always available for us! She helped find our forever home!
