Brooke was very quick to respond to any questions that I had and helped me both sell my home and buy a new home. During the purchase of my home, Brooke patiently arranged for many showings and once I made an offer, she helped negotiate the work that needed to be done as a result of the home inspection findings. She worked well with the other professionals we needed to work with, including the bank.
