Brooke is so great to work with because she is friendly, communicative and detail-oriented. She made sure all deadlines were met (even when a few details were overlooked by the lawyer). Prior to the listing of my house, Brooke had buyers lined up so I got an above-listing offer even before putting the house on the market. She saved me a ton of time by meeting the water department, working with the solar company, etc. to wrap up all the important details needed to keep the closing on track. I was fortunate enough to have worked with Brooke Ratcliffe. There are not enough words to describe how blown away I was at her professionalism and her attention to detail in every single step of our process. Brooke went above and beyond every in every aspect and I could not have been more blessed to have been able to work with such an amazing person. I was approved for FHA financing and it’s not the most attractive loan for buyers but Brooke made it happen! She made her self 100% available whenever I needed her and made sure she answered every single question no matter how big or how small.
