After a sudden death in the family, we interviewed several seller's agents to quickly move our house in Palm Coast. She also demonstrated an assertive, energetic, no-nonsense approach to selling our house, with professional photography, 360 virtual tours of the house, assistance with staging, referrals to handymen for necessary minor repairs, and just about anything else we might need. She believed we could list significantly higher than the other agents, and still managed to get us multiple offers above asking price and a signed contract within a week of listing.
