Our house sold in a little over one month. Brooke staged the house, took ownership for all the details and made our selling experience a great one! We were provided with comps in the area. I went above the recommended price at first and then after the first showing and 3 weeks in Brooke provided the feedback again that the price was too high. We came down and interest was generated.
