Brian is absolutely THE BEST! We had been looking for a home that met most of our wants/needs, but it was hard to find because there was not a lot out there (acres, two homes on lot, pool, etc...). We finally found a home that checked the things on our list, but it was a sale pending. All the sudden the sale fell through. Brian acted fast and took us immediately to see the property. We put an offer right after checking it out, and it was accepted within a couple of days. However, we think the seller received a higher offer, because she was making the process really difficult for us and tried to get us to back out. If it hadn't been for Brian we would have not been able to purchase our home. He is honest and just a genuinely good person.
