Prior to listing, he clearly explained minor fix-ups that would help the home move, and I shouldn't say this, but he was even up in the attic with me helping make repairs there.

When I first signed on to work with Brian he said that nobody is going to work harder than him to get the sale. He showed that to me time and time again.
