As with everything Brian did related to our sale, the quality of service was second to none, working through every detail related to our selling experience. No stone left unturned. He wore each hat with grace and style. Real estate agent. Contractor. Landscape architect. Mover. He did it all. He was our go to and will be again when we need a real estate professional. I would proudly refer him to anyone, anytime.
Brian was all around great to work with. Super nice, knowledgeable, and bends over backwards to gets things done. Would definitely recommend!
Brian was patient and listened to all of the things we needed to accommodate our family. He was extremely flexible with our busy schedules, and helped us find our perfect home. A home with a more country feel came with a well and septic system that was new to us, Brian was able to help educate us ensure that the proper inspections were done so we had peace of mind that everything was functioning properly. If we ever move (I doubt I will ever leave this perfect house) we will most defiantly call Brian again.
Brian got top dollar for our house and then negotiated a really good deal on the house we bought. He is a professional negotiator and nobody comes close to his skills. Most realtors suck at negotiating because they’ve never been trained he is amazing at it.
Brian worked hard for us to get the property ready to sell and also to represent us and our needs.
Brian Zufelt is absolutely wonderful to work with. I lived in my last home for 22 years so buying/selling a home was a source of anxiety for me. Brian made all that go away. He cares for his clients and really goes the extra mile. He made me feel like I was his most important client. He was professional and knowledgeable and listened to what my needs or concerns were, which helped us find the house we were looking for very quickly. Brian is also very connected to this area. When we thought of something we wanted/needed to do like put in a new lawn or change something with the lighting he had great referrals for us. He literally knows everyone! An honest, hardworking, transparent, guy with a lovable personality. I won’t work with any else!!
Brian really is an ALLSTAR. His honesty, diligence, perseverance, and commitment made finding our dream home possible. All in the midst of a volatile pandemic market. Brian’s vision of our ideal property made us feel like we were his only clients, when we know we were one of many. His knowledge of the region and expertise gave us an advantage in our home search as well as when we sold property. We found our dream home the same day it listed, and we closed in 15 days within our budget and not a dime above asking. Only an allstar realtor could make that possible. Choose an ALLSTAR! Choose Brian Zufelt!
Sold our home with Brian, and I’d use him again and again. Always accessible, very knowledgeable, always willing to go the extra mile. Best of all, always kept me informed on all aspects of the sale. If you want a realtor that will get results AND will end up becoming your friend, Brian is your man.
Brian cane to us with a wealth of information! He presented multiple plans and accepted our input and met our needs on every front. He was willing to do more than the average realtor to make this a smooth transition for our family. Hands down one of the best out there!
Brian is very knowledgable about the current conditions of our market. He takes care of all of the worry. His experience as a realtor is so valuable (on the purchase or sell) of your property. We recommend him to everyone that we know.
Brian well dressed, very knowledgeable about more than just real estate. He is very approachable and easy to talk to. He was very helpful in letting us know how to handle things and what we needed to do. My experience with Brian was very good 👍
Brian is very knowledgeable and experienced in the sale of homes in our area. He is a hard worker and marketed the home to a large geographic area.
