Over the years I have worked with a number of realtors, some better than others but I would not recommend any of them as highly as I do Brian Rochford. He was my support and guide for selling a home I had built and lived in for almost 48 years. The outstanding group of suppliers he uses for inspections, construction, installations, staging, etc. executed his vision and transformed this long lived-in property into one that would appeal to much younger buyers. As with any large undertaking there are bound to be a few glitches along the way – some more serious than others. But Brian always approached these situations calmly and thoughtfully. He had great ideas and was always readily accessible. From start to finish he was a pleasure to work with.

Brian is the most knowledgable, dedicated, and inventive realtor I have met and we will remain grateful to him forever for everything he did, despite pandemic conditions and our remote location in another state, to sell my mother's house after her death. Even more importantly, he is a generous, patient, and kind person who tolerated my endless questions and anxiety that stemmed from dealing with the loss of my mother and letting go of our family home.
