Brian was very careful to choose houses that fit our description of what we were looking for. He was always ready to go out and check out a house for us take videos to show us because we were in California looking for a place in Arizona. He was able to answer all of our questions regarding purchase of a house, insurance and etc. Brian had no problem coordinating the sale of our house in California with the purchase of our house in Arizona he worked very well and very professionally with our agent in California.

I knew from the moment that we met Brian that this was going to be a good partnership. He was available when we needed him, worked tirelessly to find what we were looking for, and was on top of things at every turn. We were living in San Diego and making trips to Prescott to find a home. When we weren’t there, he was looking at homes for us and doing videos describing everything and pointing out lots of things that we probably would not have seen. We looked at different homes at least 20 times. When we found THE HOUSE we knew and he could tell by the looks on our faces that this would be the one. That’s when the REAL work started for Brian. He was on top of everything. Negotiated with sellers agent on several issues, worked with all inspections and made sure everything needed was handled. On top of that he kept us informed of each step, gave us suggestions of plumbers, electricians and fence companies to contact. That saved us SOOOO much time. When I was talking to friends and family about how wonderful our buying experience was, each one of them had a nightmare story they shared with me. I would highly recommend Brian and his team if you are looking to buy or sell. Our three month experience with him was nothing short of perfect and incredible.
