Working with Brian couldn’t have been a better experience. He had helped my in-laws purchase their home and came highly recommended. When a house we loved hit the market, he responded immediately and had us in for the very first showing—just two hours later. That same evening, he submitted our offer, and the sellers accepted. From our initial meeting to signing our closing documents Nicoli Holm (HoM Group of Keller Williams Integrity Edina) was an excellent realtor for us. I can’t imagine another realtor that would have worked harder, communicated better, or was more responsive than Nicoli. We worked with him for approximately 18-months as we looked to purchase a condo in Minneapolis / St. Paul area. Before closing on the condo we purchased, we’d actually made two offers on properties that were accepted. But, for various reasons we chose to rescind those offers --- It didn’t phase Nicoli, he was always focused on the goal of assisting us in getting what was right for us.
