He is very qualified, capable, competent, and professional. When challenges came my way he could think outside-of-the-box to solve them. When my closing date had to be pushed for 60 days, he was was able to get my expenses covered every week. He often went above and beyond the call of duty including the time when he found my shed door open on one of his weekly trips to check on my house and property, he got a padlock to secure the shed for me. He even blew the driveway for me when it got covered in the fall with fallen leaves. If I wanted the thermostat adjusted, the mail box checked, the lights changed on and off, he would always do it for me and had such a willing attitude It was not hard to ask him to do it. Besides regularly checking on my home he would communicate with me at least weekly to keep me current on everything and to ask if I had any questions.
