I wish we could take Brian with us every time we move! You know you really trust someone when you decide to buy a house sight unseen (we were living in another state). I felt like we had a realtor, inspector, services sourcing agent, attorney, master negotiator, ethicist, and local tour guide all in one :-) Because he’s independent (and a super caring guy) he’s able to devote so much time and energy to each client. I know we weren’t the easiest people to work with, and I also know we probably wouldn’t have been the ones to get this amazing home in such a competitive market if it hadn’t been for his market experience and street smarts! We recommend him to friends and he’ll help us next year when it’s time to sell, too. You’ll be so glad you worked with him! (The people that sold us our house were totally jealous!)

Brian looked out for our interests from the moment we engaged his services to the time we moved into our new house. During the buying process, he made sure we had our qualifications in order, and that we found a house we could be happy with for a long time. We bought the house in January, but left it in Brian’s hands for three months while we wrapped up our affairs in Connecticut. Brian checked on the house weekly ( even though he had already received his commission check ).When he discovered basement flooding, he immediately called in professionals to minimize the damage.
