I normally don’t write reviews but feel Brian and his team deserve one. He was a pleasure to deal with. Honest, thorough and very professional! His detail oriented approach was second to none. The most important aspect for me was the fact he was a full service agent. The property I was selling needed help. I live out of state and Brian took care of repairs and other things needed .He engaged professionals to take care of some plumbing issues, cleaning and general maintenance needed to make the property more attractive. His full service approach is exactly what I needed and again I recommend Brian and his team without reservation!

Brian is the Best! Having sold 3 houses for us , all above asking price, he has now become a friend as well as an extremely knowledgeable professional.I am sure there are other good realtors out there but I have several friends whose experience buying or selling a house has not been pleasant. Brian and Kelly are so good I wish I had another house to sell. They made us laugh when we felt like anything but.there wasn’t anything from electrical to soil quality, to varmits to paint colors, that he didn’t know or couldn’t find out in a days time . We called Brian day or night and he always got back to us. As the closing attorney said ... He probably never sleeps. But work with Brian and you will have a great experience ... but let him go to his children’s hockey games..... once in awhile , uninterrupted
