If you need to sell your house or buy a new one, Brian Clark of Signature Residential Properties is your guy. This endeavor was going to be (emotionally and mentally) tough for me (and my kids) because they were raised at 1001 Clifton Rd in Jacksonville, NC. My son David, now nearly 25, was a year old when we moved there in the summer of 1994. I seriously prayed that I would be sent the right realtor. I was approached by countless realtors, including Brian, but something about his manner made me believe he was the right person to sell our home. That instinct was correct.
