My experience with Brian was superb!!! This is my 3rd house I have sold and I have never worked with a more thorough realtor. We purchased a property from out of state which comes with its own set of stressors. Brian was excellent in listening to what we were looking for, returning calls and answering questions. From start to finish he was there for us. From helping with hotel reservations to come to Jacksonville to look at properties to moving closing dates, he was there! I must say that the experience I have had buying my first house has definitely been an experience lol but I sure am glad that Brian was there for me every step of the way he was honest about everything from the moment I met him he was easy to communicate with and always responded back right away no matter what questions or concerns I had he always had an answer for me.
