Brian overall was absolutely amazing. He tried to make things right even when it wasn’t his job to correct other peoples mistakes. He was on top of things and would try his best to always keep us informed and do his best with trying to inform us with things even things that were on the lender side as well From the start, he always talked us through the entire process.
