I came down to Jacksonville from portsmouth for a weekend just to look at houses since we would be moving to the area in September and one of my buddies referred me to Brian. I am very thankful for that. We met one weekend looked at houses and I left that weekend under contract. Since I am not living in the area Brian took the time to ensure all the inspections and requests were answered on my behalf and ensured that we got all the repairs that we requested.
