Brian (expert real estate agent) comes highly recommended, His experience & knowledge in the housing market is extensive & has helped us thru a difficult transition, He has gone beyond the xtra mile, Has assisted us with the sale of our home we sold (California). Brian apparently has more experience than the realtor who was representing our sale, when we purchased a Home in Colorado, we haven't even visited, He covered & explained all details, was always available for consultation, Brian has been a Blessing to us in a time of frustration, & we are very grateful for finding Him! Sorry there weren't any more stars to give him! & thank you for having the Snow cleared before our arrival. Give this Man a Silver Dollar!

You' HAVE to use Brian. 110% I found Brian online as a Google approved agent. He was very professional and caring from day one. I needed to get my townhouse in Castle Rock sold quickly. We had a challenge in getting into the unit for photos and inspections in order to put it on the market. Brian provided us with several options to consider. We actually wound up selling the home in 1 day and $10,000 over asking without the buyer even seeing the home. Brian is a really good guy and has become a good friend through the whole process. He even helped us do some moving at the closing. We would use him again and refer him to anyone in a heartbeat.

My husband mostly dealt with Brian on the sale of our home. It was vacant and he had it staged to show off as best it could. All I kept hearing from my husband is that Brian is awesome.
