Brian Bedigian

Brian did what he had to and he did it well. He was very personable. I liked dealing with him and will do so again.

Brian was very responsive and good negotiator. He had a lot of knowledge and data and was very positive and flexible through this process. He was always very calm through out the whole process and made recommendations from the beginning to the end.

Where to begin? I found Brian Bedigian simply from doing a Zillow inquiry about 5 years ago when I first started thinking about moving back to Fort Lauderdale, FL, where I lived with my family as a child and was thinking of returning. I wasn’t sure back then, so Brian guided me with much patience, saying he had some clients that took years before they made the move. I ended up being one of those people. But, that didn’t dissuade Brian. He treated me the same as if I was purchasing a home tomorrow and realized the importance of investing over the long haul. He showed me every properly type from Day 1: condos, town homes, co-ops, regular houses, and as I narrowed my search between condos and houses, and kept returning to FTL on vacations over the years, my relationship with Brian grew and he learned what I was most interested in: a house with a pool that had at least 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and as close to Wilton Manors as possible. There was a lot of hand-holding over the years, but we finally found the perfect house for me, miraculously in my price range (barely), beautifully maintained, that met all my criteria. I couldn’t have done it without Brian. He has the patience of a saint, and is one of the kindest, most professional people I know. He is at the top of the real estate game, and I highly recommend him to anyone seeking a Realtor. I am now proud to call him a friend after my closing. Brian Bedigian is the best :-)
