I can genuinely say that I’ve never met an agent as dedicated to their clients as Brian is. And I used to be in the business, so that’s saying a lot!! From the moment we met Brian, we knew we wanted to work with him. From the first day, it was like he knew us. He asked us to come to an open house he was holding because he thought we might like the house.. we were a bit hesitant but decided to trust him. Thank god we did because we walked in and immediately knew it was our dream home. The house was a bit out of our budget but Brian used his skills and knowledge of the market to help us make an offer that we felt comfortable with. Brian negotiated with the seller until we were all happy. When the offer got accepted, Brian immediately sprung into action getting everything planned and ready before we even needed it. When there was an issue, Brian already had the solution written up or planned. He’s like a transaction wizard!!! Brian was there with us every step of the way, taking every panicked or excited phone call we threw his way. He worked his butt off for us right to closing and even checks in after we’ve closed! Brian is a fantastic real estate agent, and gets top marks in whatever scale you prefer: 5 stars, gold star, 10/10 would hire again, A+, you name it. First, he was lightning quick with communication. When I first reached out to see if he would work with us, he responded in minutes to set up a meeting to go over the finer points. In that meeting, it was obvious he had his stuff together. Throughout the entire buying process he was equally prompt and thorough. He answered all of our questions right away, and gave us regular updates on whatever we needed to know, well in advance. He was diligent in getting us in to view properties--at one point I sent him 8 listings, and within 2 days we saw them all. During the actual closing process he set up a time line to help keep us on track, and we were ahead of the curve every step of the way. Brian made sure every document, every process, every single step was followed the way it should be, so there was no chance for anything to fall through because of something on our end. He checked in with our lender to make sure things went smoothly on their end. He checked in with the seller's agent to do the same. Equally important, when it was time for US to make decisions as buyers, he stepped back and removed himself from that decision. Brian knows what his job is, and he knows what his job isn't. He never pressured us to make specific decisions, nor to make decisions quickly. In short: I cannot think of a single thing that would have made it a better experience. If you're looking for a real estate agent, Brian is your guy.
