Brian is a fantastic real estate agent, and gets top marks in whatever scale you prefer: 5 stars, gold star, 10/10 would hire again, A+, you name it. First, he was lightning quick with communication. When I first reached out to see if he would work with us, he responded in minutes to set up a meeting to go over the finer points. In that meeting, it was obvious he had his stuff together. Throughout the entire buying process he was equally prompt and thorough. He answered all of our questions right away, and gave us regular updates on whatever we needed to know, well in advance. He was diligent in getting us in to view properties--at one point I sent him 8 listings, and within 2 days we saw them all. During the actual closing process he set up a time line to help keep us on track, and we were ahead of the curve every step of the way. Brian made sure every document, every process, every single step was followed the way it should be, so there was no chance for anything to fall through because of something on our end. He checked in with our lender to make sure things went smoothly on their end. He checked in with the seller's agent to do the same. Equally important, when it was time for US to make decisions as buyers, he stepped back and removed himself from that decision. Brian knows what his job is, and he knows what his job isn't. He never pressured us to make specific decisions, nor to make decisions quickly. In short: I cannot think of a single thing that would have made it a better experience. If you're looking for a real estate agent, Brian is your guy.
