He was also very patient with all of my questions, answering them quickly and thoroughly. The buying process was made much easier thanks to his recommendations, resources, and advice. Brett is an amazing agent. He helped us go through the process flawlessly. Brett encouraged us to make small changes to make the sale quicker, yet was still willing to do what he could to sell the condo "as is". We have bought and sold a few houses over the years in Minnesota with different realtors and after working with Brett on our townhome purchase we can say that he is by far the best realtor we have worked with. Gave us lots of options, gave great advice when it came time to make and negotiate the offer, followed up promptly when we had questions or needed information and was always there to remind us of what needed to be done when. Being a first time homebuyer in a new city during COVID-19 was nuts, and I am so thankful we had Brett to guide us. We spoke on the phone and over email to give Brett a sense of our needs and wants in a house. He was very perceptive and really helped us discern what we actually wanted and needed in a house. After we spent two days together looking at houses in person, we returned home (out of state). Brett was flexible, able to accommodate our absentee status. He showed us several more houses over FaceTime. We ended up buying one of those houses and Brett represented us thoughtfully throughout. He was very responsive, easy to work with, and a nice guy.
