She reached out to the listing agent since she did not know him personally to get proof of the top bid which thankfully he did provide. He said I could have the house if I could match it since mine was a cash bid. She did all this (new contract with each higher bid) while she was on a family vacation. She is a “detail” lady and the communication was outstanding. I have never worked with someone so professional and dedicated to doing everything possible for her clients. In comparison, I have an agent in NM that has listed my house there and although she is highly respected there has been little communication.
