She made it happen without me paying more than I absolutely had to with a bidding war going on. She reached out to the listing agent since she did not know him personally to get proof of the top bid which thankfully he did provide. He said I could have the house if I could match it since mine was a cash bid. She did all this (new contract with each higher bid) while she was on a family vacation. She is a “detail” lady and the communication was outstanding. I have never worked with someone so professional and dedicated to doing everything possible for her clients. In comparison, I have an agent in NM that has listed my house there and although she is highly respected there has been little communication.
