Bought a home in Sixth Ave West neighborhood with Brenda as our realtor. She was absolutely spectacular -- went the extra mile the entire time. Pulled city records for us to see who owns undeveloped plots of land since we were considering a new build. Dropped our Earnest check off for us so we didn't have to make the drive. Was always available for spur of the moment home visits. Brought us Starbucks when we were meeting at houses. Met a general contractor and an engineer at a house that we didn't yet own so they could do an evaluation, even though we couldn't personally make it to the appointment. Considered our personal and family interests when suggesting houses for us to go see. Altogether let us into our new house (before we closed on it) over 10 times so we could do remodel planning. Gave us an unnecessarily generous gift for our closing. Would highly, highly, highly recommend her for anybody looking for a realtor.
