Working with Brad was a wonderful experience. He was very flexible to our shifting availability, and would schedule home tours back to back so we could view multiple homes in one day. We put offers on three houses before the fourth was accepted, and Brad was always very quick to have an offer written and ready for us to send to the sellers. He is very knowledgeable and would be sure to point out things to check for while we were touring homes (age of furnace, cracks in foundation, radon monitors, etc). He was always available to answer questions we had, and would be sure to check in on us. If Brad had a schedule conflict and wasn't able to tour with us, he would ensure someone else was available to go out with us. All around a wonderful experience, we found a house that had everything we were looking for and Brad helped us from start to finish. I would 100% recommend Brad to anyone looking to purchase a house.
As first time home buyers, working with Brad was a great experience. He was always able to answer our questions, point out items in the houses we toured that we aren't trained to notice, and explain to us the process of purchasing a house. When we wanted to put an offer on a house (which we did four times), Brad would have the offer letter together quickly (or ahead of time). Brad would reach out to agents to help us create the most competitive offer we could, and follow-up to keep us informed. If we wanted to tour a house and Brad wasn't available, he always made sure someone from his team was able to help us. Additionally, Brad had previous experience with the lender we used, and was able to help with the communication line, allowing us to close in three weeks.
We sold a condo in southeast Aurora and Brad was outstanding along every step of the way. He and Brandon were able to help us with listing at the price we wanted, marketing the property through several ways and in guiding us through multiple offers we received. After getting under contract, they were great at communicating on what was needed and where along we were in the process.
