Recently we engaged Brad to help us located a house as part of a 1031 exchange. My family all enjoyed working with Brad. He immediately set us up with an electronic interface into the MLS, so we could see all houses available based on filter criteria we agreed to. This allowed us to also find out when houses were open. When we toured, he was actively evaluating and identifying items that could prove costly (old roof, old plumbing, etc.) and encouraged a sewer inspection due to the age of the house we ultimately purchased, that found an issue. This was our first 1031 exchange, and he connected us with a professional to facilitate the financial aspects of that process. Brad was always available, friendly, and practical (no high pressure tactics), and commission was reasonable. I developed trust quickly due the integrity he displayed throughout. My lady and I decided to move to a nicer neighborhood close to the water this year.
