Searching for the perfect house is a daunting process. Bonny was tireless in her effort to help me realize the dream of finding a house in a particular area where I wanted to live. She went door to door with postcards asking if anyone was interested in selling. When she and Mark did identify a unit soon to be put on the market, they were both there 100% helping me to buy the house. They both checked every detail of the property from first viewing to acceptance of offer. Mark was especially helpful with the detains involving the inspections and actual technical assessment of the property. He helped me to read and understand the HOA documents. It was Mark who helped me buy my house when first coming to Santa Barbara 21 years ago.
