Excellent customer service

Mark and Bonny Goetz represented me when I sold my beachfront condo in the Pierpont section of Ventura. I couldn't be happier with the results. Throughout the process they provided me with valuable advice and insights that resulted in my obtaining top dollar for my property. In addition to their marketing expertise they were well versed regarding legal technicalities involving the contracts and the voluminous amount of disclosures that are required nowadays. Overall I couldn't be happier with the entire process of selling my property. In fact I was so satisfied that I used Mark and Bonny to represent me when I purchased my new home in Westlake Village.

Now I know why Bonnie Goetz was voted by her peers as Realtor of the Year! She is the hardest working agent I have ever worked with. She is vastly knowledgeable in her market and is not afraid to step in with her own elbow grease when needed. She has a long list of Highly Responsive Vendors she works with to get your property cleaned and staged, shown and SOLD. She has her finger on the pulse of her market and is very knowledgeable about what is moving. Bonny keeps lines of communication open so you don't have to wonder where things stand. She is always thinking one step ahead! I highly recommend Bonny whether you are selling or buying in the Ventura / Santa Barbara market area--J

The Perfect House

Searching for the perfect house is a daunting process. Bonny was tireless in her effort to help me realize the dream of finding a house in a particular area where I wanted to live. She went door to door with postcards asking if anyone was interested in selling. When she and Mark did identify a unit soon to be put on the market, they were both there 100% helping me to buy the house. They both checked every detail of the property from first viewing to acceptance of offer. Mark was especially helpful with the detains involving the inspections and actual technical assessment of the property. He helped me to read and understand the HOA documents. It was Mark who helped me buy my house when first coming to Santa Barbara 21 years ago. I trust both Mark’s and Bonny’s judgement about the real estate market and their instincts about a particular property. I am now happily living in my new house thanks to Bonny and Mark.
