Searching for the perfect house is a daunting process. Bonny was tireless in her effort to help me realize the dream of finding a house in a particular area where I wanted to live. She went door to door with postcards asking if anyone was interested in selling. When she and Mark did identify a unit soon to be put on the market, they were both there 100% helping me to buy the house. They both checked every detail of the property from first viewing to acceptance of offer. Mark was especially helpful with the detains involving the inspections and actual technical assessment of the property. He helped me to read and understand the HOA documents. It was Mark who helped me buy my house when first coming to Santa Barbara 21 years ago. We were successful (finally!) in purchasing a perfect home in Ventura. It is perfect for us and our dog. The situation for the buyer was difficult and they worked collaboratively with the seller's agent so that they got what they needed, and we got exactly what we needed! Win-Win! Collegial relationships help the buyer- and not only do they have great peer relationships, they had clear insight into our needs and style preferences. They toured houses, previewed houses (we moved from out of town) and guided us to come to look when it would benefit us to be ready to make an offer. They were very knowledgeable in how to craft an offer and supportive all the way through to moving in. They referred us to tradespeople that moved their schedules to get work done for us in a timely fashion-simply because Bonny made the referral.
