Blake Aaron

Blake is a great agent. We were buying in a market we were not familiar with. We were dependent on Blake’s knowledge of the area to help us narrow down what we wanted. He even set up a meeting with coworkers who live in the City where we were considering putting a bid on a house. The coworkers were happy to share their experience living there and answered all our questions. This meeting was a creative idea and gave us the information we needed to confirm our decision. We tortured him with endless requests to go view various homes since we were up North. After at least 100, we ended up finding a situation that met our budget and dream sheet. At no time did Blake complain, or suggest we were over working him. You are likely to spend many many hours with your agent. We truly enjoyed the experience we had with Blake, and consider him a trusted friend to this day, a year later.

The birth of online real estate platforms coupled with the plethora of sophomoric agents in Orange County makes the complicated process of buying a home even more complex. Not with Blake. Also... we closed on time. Overall, clearly, I highly recommend working with Blake. He under-promised and over-delivered on every single item. If we ever move again or purchase additional property, Blake's our guy.
