As a first time home buyer, I recently had the pleasure of working with Bill Ristov, a realtor from ReMax/Nexus to purchase a new dream home. I am very happy to state that from start to finish, working with Bill was an absolute pleasure! Throughout the whole process, he was very professional, informative and highly knowledgeable and at each step he came through with his commitment to excellence. Throughout our journey, Bill demonstrated immense patience and understanding of my situation. Whether I needed additional time for research or require more information on a particular property, he took it all in stride. He went out of his way to provide me with extra resources and various options I could consider when deciding. I would highly recommend Bill Ristov to anyone looking for top-notch realtor services!

Bill was great at helping us understand the market and providing honest advice through the process. He would always point out any potential issues with the house and gave us accurate price estimates for every offer we put in. With it still being a sellers market it was nice having Bill on our side providing guidance.

I contacted Bill while I was looking for a retirement home. At the time I did not live in Michigan and was finding it difficult to find an agent to take the time and work with my unique needs. Bill went above and beyond traveling to several home locations to provide me with a video tour of the homes that I was interested in. Bills response to phone calls and emails was exceptional and his “no pressure” demeanor was refreshing. I would absolutely use Bill again for any future real estate needs and I highly recommend him, you will not be disappointed!

Bill was out realtor for selling our home in Troy. He was absolutely fabulous from the start to the finish. I knew little about the entire process but Bill made it a very easy and understandable process. He walked through our home, pointed out the things that needed to be changed or replaced prior to the sale. He went out of his way sometimes, for example even relaxes some of the lights by himself. We followed his instructions every step of the way and it was a smooth sail. We did have some trouble shooting from the buyers end. But Bill handled it in a professional manner and keep the ball rolling and maintained a hassle free atmosphere for his. He would always pick up our calls or call us back immediately to provide clarifications. In fact he was our realtor for the purchase of our other home as well. Without Bill we would have had a stressful process for sure. We did check out a few other realtors. We are so glad we chose Bill. He is the best realtor anyone could have. Extremely polite, cordial, respectful, sincere, dedicated and meticulous with all the paper work. It was a breeze selling our home ( for a price that made us extremely pleased) and buying another home. We would hire him again if needed , in a heat beat.

Thanks a lot. Mr. Bill did great job to buy my house. He followed all the procedures till end even after buying the house he continues to help me for any issues related to the property. I was a brand new home buyer, I had no idea what to look for or even what questions to ask when looking for a house. The first house Bill took me to, he showed me things I want to look for in a house, signs of water, asbestos, etc. Bill was not uncomfortable to tell me that a house would be a mistake for me to buy, and never pushed me to make any decision. In all I feel that I was treated as a person more than a customer, Bill cared about me getting a good functional home more than he cared about making the sale.

It’s been a wonderful experience working with Bill Ristov. He was very patient when it came to understanding our needs and preferences. He was very flexible in adapting to our shifting priorities during our home buying journey. Bill was extremely responsive and communicative. He was always accessible, ready to answer any questions or address any concerns we had. During showings, Bill was patient and thorough, never rushing us and always encouraging us to take our time to evaluate each property.
