Bill was out realtor for selling our home in Troy. He was absolutely fabulous from the start to the finish. I knew little about the entire process but Bill made it a very easy and understandable process. He walked through our home, pointed out the things that needed to be changed or replaced prior to the sale. He went out of his way sometimes, for example even relaxes some of the lights by himself. We followed his instructions every step of the way and it was a smooth sail. We did have some trouble shooting from the buyers end. But Bill handled it in a professional manner and keep the ball rolling and maintained a hassle free atmosphere for his. He would always pick up our calls or call us back immediately to provide clarifications. In fact he was our realtor for the purchase of our other home as well. Extremely polite, cordial, respectful, sincere, dedicated and meticulous with all the paper work. It was a breeze selling our home ( for a price that made us extremely pleased) and buying another home. We would hire him again if needed , in a heat beat.
