Prior to listing my home, Bill gave me valuable advice on how to prepare the home and get maximum value out of it. Once the home was listed, I had a couple of offers within a few days. Bill walked me through selecting which offer to take and was extremely communicative through the process. As a first-time seller, Bill patiently explained the process, the fees, and the key decisions that I would have to make and offered his opinion on them. Things largely went without a hitch, largely thanks to the preparation that I had from Bill. At the end of the day, Bill was able to sell my home very quickly at a price I was incredibly happy about while being extremely communicative and friendly throughout the process.
