I was selling from out of state and also handling a rental management company, yet it felt like I had my own boots on the ground in Michigan with how easily Bill handled a lot of logistical nightmares for me. Prior to listing my home, Bill gave me valuable advice on how to prepare the home and get maximum value out of it. Once the home was listed, I had a couple of offers within a few days. Bill walked me through selecting which offer to take and was extremely communicative through the process. As a first-time seller, Bill patiently explained the process, the fees, and the key decisions that I would have to make and offered his opinion on them. Things largely went without a hitch, largely thanks to the preparation that I had from Bill. At the end of the day, Bill was able to sell my home very quickly at a price I was incredibly happy about while being extremely communicative and friendly throughout the process. While I don't imagine doing real estate in Michigan again, I would easily recommend him to anyone I know.

Bill was out realtor for selling our home in Troy. He was absolutely fabulous from the start to the finish. I knew little about the entire process but Bill made it a very easy and understandable process. He walked through our home, pointed out the things that needed to be changed or replaced prior to the sale. He went out of his way sometimes, for example even relaxes some of the lights by himself. We followed his instructions every step of the way and it was a smooth sail. We did have some trouble shooting from the buyers end. But Bill handled it in a professional manner and keep the ball rolling and maintained a hassle free atmosphere for his. He would always pick up our calls or call us back immediately to provide clarifications. In fact he was our realtor for the purchase of our other home as well. I was a brand new home buyer, I had no idea what to look for or even what questions to ask when looking for a house. The first house Bill took me to, he showed me things I want to look for in a house, signs of water, asbestos, etc. Bill was not uncomfortable to tell me that a house would be a mistake for me to buy, and never pushed me to make any decision. In all I feel that I was treated as a person more than a customer, Bill cared about me getting a good functional home more than he cared about making the sale.
