Betsy was extremely knowledgeable about the available homes in the area in which we were searching. She also knew about the over 55+ communities, potential fees associated with them, and the many HOAs in the area. We’ve purchased several homes over the years and Betsy was right on top of things before we found our home, after we made an offer, throughout additional negotiations, warranty transfers, right on to and through closing. What a delight! No wondering about the status of current progress. If we thought of something and asked, she had already taken steps to handle it or get it resolved. SUPER happy with the way our transaction went.

When I was first introduced to Betsy, she made me feel right at home, calmed me down of the anxiety I had being a first time home buyer. Betsy told me of the long game procedure I was about to embark into. She put my mind at rest and walked me thru each step with confidence, and if I had any questions, not only did she answer them in great detail, but gave information to next questions that I could possibly ask. Betsy was amazing and always my advocate during each part of the process. She went 200 percent above the call of duty and even got more perks for me by just asking the seller. Betsy even stood proxy for me for my final inspection and not only got me on the call with the Building Manager (who also was amazing to work with) but made sure the punch list of items (mainly paint touch-ups) was completed with pics and videos to confirm. Overall, Betsy is an amazing person and an excellent real estate agent. She knows her stuff and will definitely take care of you in your home buying process. I now have a friend for life!!!! Betsy and I began corresponding while my family and I were still stationed overseas. Knowing we were coming to AZ, Betsy was recommended to us by our loan officer at Vet's United, highlighting her as a great communicator to be our local point of contact. Over the course of several months, Betsy stayed lockstep with us, recommending what must have been over 100 properties based on our evolving feedback for us to review. By the time we'd finally made it to AZ, she'd worked with us to curate a top list for us to visit in a single day, fitting our tight schedule perfectly. And she conducted the day like a maestro! We saw every place we wanted, got her perspective on qualitative points as we reviewed them throughout the day. She even sat with us for an extra hour after all of that so we could ask every new homeowner question we could think of, AND get her feedback on market conditions. Once we settled on our favorite and made an offer, Betsy flexed her network resources - finding the best appraiser in the area, coordinating the with the seller's agent to advocate for us, tying in the Title Company to steer us through experienced and considerate colleagues. She offered her decades of experience to us with an easy smile and a lean-in professionalism the whole way through. All told, we could never have gotten into our home and settled in style with any other realtor. Honestly, we have nothing but respect for her tenacity, and all the appreciation in the world for her compassion. What a professional, what a resource, what a dynamo!
