Living States away and having to rely on texting, emails and phone calls and let's not forget Docusign to find my forever home was all made possible with Beth Grady. I was working with a Realtor who was non responsive and I was losing each home I put offers on. Once I met Beth through a previous satisfied home buyer, all that changed. Beth took the time, at the spur of the moment, to find out what I was looking for in a home, she immediately made arrangements for a Florida family member to see the homes and gave me realistic expectations on offers that would secure a sale.
