Benny is outstanding! He is knowledgeable, very experienced, and most importantly he will sell your house. He has a team of professionals who will give great advice and help on staging the home as well as what may need repairing to get the best offer. His photographer did an amazing job representing our home’s best features. Benny’s relaxed, courteous and friendly demeanor instilled confidence in us and assured us that he was the best agent among others that we interviewed. He enabled us to sell our home very shortly after listing in an area that is considered to be a slow market. We highly, highly recommend Benny Charles!
