Any agent can sell a house. It takes a great agent to make the selling experience easy and stress free. My situation required me to sell my house quickly and Ben made sure that got done. He was knowledgeable and had an extensive list of recommended contractors, handyman and even lawyers to assist in making sure my house got sold in a timely manner with no snags anywhere along the line. Ben is very attentive and easy to communicate with. He is very hands on and showed up in person, sometimes bringing tacos for my family who were helping get the house ready for sale. We were able to keep in close contact and he updated me every step of the way as the house went on the market. When I went to work at sea, he made sure to text and email me with updates on offers and recommendations. When it came down to accepting an offer, he made sure that the buyer's requests were reasonable and made good recommendations on what was reasonable to do for the buyer after the home inspection. Overall, if highly recommend Ben! He is very friendly, knowledgeable and a very hard worker.

This is my 3rd house I bought and I was amazed at how tentative Ben was to every question and detail about the house I was purchasing. The professionalism and knowledge ben had on the purchase of my home made me feel very confident and comfortable with my purchase. He never rushed me or try to sell me. He gave me the ins and outs the pros and cons to the many houses I looked at. Ben went above and beyond when it came to me and my purchase. He picked me up on time, answered all my questions satisfactorily, if he didn't know the answer he made sure he was able to find someone who could answer the question I asked, he even moved in my couches and helped me build n put together some furniture for my patio when I had nobody to help. He made sure I was happy with the purchase and never pressured me into buying anything. Im in the process of buying another home and wouldn't even think twice about getting another realtor. It's out of the question.

By far, ben has been the best agent I had when purchasing a home. He knowledge about the market and his patience with all my questions made me feel even more comfortable with him being my agent. He was never late, and always very attentive and responsive to my expectations when buying a home in treasure valley. Never did I feel rushed in buying a home. I was always able to count on him if I needed any additional help, ie.... moving some furniture in with me when i had nobody, taking me to and from airport on a last minute emergency. I don't see him as my agent, I see him as a friend , he is very easy going and will do all in his power to make sure you are happy with the purchase of your home.
