My situation required me to sell my house quickly and Ben made sure that got done. He was knowledgeable and had an extensive list of recommended contractors, handyman and even lawyers to assist in making sure my house got sold in a timely manner with no snags anywhere along the line. We were able to keep in close contact and he updated me every step of the way as the house went on the market. When I went to work at sea, he made sure to text and email me with updates on offers and recommendations. When it came down to accepting an offer, he made sure that the buyer's requests were reasonable and made good recommendations on what was reasonable to do for the buyer after the home inspection.
