I cannot think of a situation when Ben did not surpass expectations. He kept constant communication between us. The phrase he repeated often was, "Remember I work for you." Wow, were we fortunate to have him in our corner. He was always available (we felt like we were important to him). What a pleasant, dependable, polite and helpful friend. I can't imaging how he was able to accomplish a showing on Wednesday, inspection Friday, and final purchase on Wednesday (all within one week) and he was pleasant the whole time...no drama...so helpful and kind.
