This home purchase was the culmination of 5 real estate deals I did this year. It was a crazy time, and I don't recommend being in escrow on 3 places at once, but my family and I are all together now instead of being scattered all over. I cannot think of a situation when Ben did not surpass expectations. He kept constant communication between us. The phrase he repeated often was, "Remember I work for you." Wow, were we fortunate to have him in our corner. He was always available (we felt like we were important to him). What a pleasant, dependable, polite and helpful friend. I can't imaging how he was able to accomplish a showing on Wednesday, inspection Friday, and final purchase on Wednesday (all within one week) and he was pleasant the whole time...no drama...so helpful and kind.
