Ben stuck out over a year and a half of me house hunting with periods of high interest and periods of no interest at all. He never once pushed me to buy a house so he could make a profit. His communication to myself and to other parties was always top notch and very quick!

Ben made a very involved, multi-step moving and selling process way less stressful. We moved out of our home prior to going live on the MLS; Ben was instrumental in managing repairs, cleaning, and staging. His efforts resulted in a beautifully staged home ready for showing, which in turn yielded an immediate offer. We navigated a few requests and landed on a reasonable and fair offer. Despite a significant time zone difference, Ben managed expectations with all parties involved and kept us informed of every important aspect during the sale.

This is the fourth transaction Ben helped me navigate. Buying and selling a primary home and investment property has been an incredibly positive experience.
