I was referred to Barbara by my boss, after I had a bad experience with the broker I was working with....What a difference it was working with Barbara. She went above and beyond for us. Any house we wanted to see, she scheduled it. Any questions we had, she promptly answered them. She is very knowledgeable in the local market. Her wonderful personality and professionalism is a 10+. I will be referring Barbara to any and all people that I know who are still looking for a house in this weird housing market. After looking at houses for over a year with the other broker and being out bid on every offer, we started working with Barbara in Jan 2021 and we just closed on our new house last week. Barbara is the best! If you're thinking of listing your house, she's the agent for you. We moved out of state because of a job transfer. We were concerned about selling our house so that my husband could report to the new location on time. We thought we'd have to discount the price in order to accomplish that but Barbara convinced us that the pricing she came up with should get the house sold quickly. Hesitantly, we went with her suggested price and boy was she right! We had 4 offers within 5 days of listing. We had never sold and bought a house at the same time. Barbara was patient with my many questions. I'm sure I drove her crazy but she never let it show in her voice or in her actions. She is a true professional. We really enjoyed working with Barbara - Being new to San Diego, her knowledge of the entire area was extremely valuable.
