Thanks to Jody Zink we sold our property! To say the least this was a difficult property to sell and Jody came though with flying colors,she found the perfect buyer for the situation and saw the deal all the way to the table. I would say the words above and beyond fit the situation and we are very happy that we picked some one with this level of professionalism. It is very hard to pick one of the many realtors that advertise there services, hopefully this will help anyone out there looking to hire someone that gives personal and professional attention.

Jody had a unique situation with the sale of my home. She went out of her way to help me to find the RIGHT person to buy as this was my 1st home and there was some sentimental issues as well. Never did I have to wait for an answer or a phone call. I have never been so inpressed with a realitor .

Jody helped us purchase our first home. She was very patient as we had many questions about the process of buying a home. She always responded quickly and we felt like she really listened to us. After seeing several houses and finally finding the one we loved, she quickly helped us with the paperwork. Once we finally were under contract, after multiple offers, we hit more bumps that Jody took in stride. The closing date changed several times and we were frustrated but Jody was very confident and fought for us to make the closing happen.
