We can't say enough good things about our experience working with Jody! She went above and beyond in every way imaginable - from writing things into our offer (like a home warranty and closing costs) that saved us money, to stopping by our house with packing boxes for our move! Any time we emailed or called her with a question, she got back to us almost immediately. Even if it was a question that couldn't be answered until the next business day, she'd respond by text message just to let us know she had gotten our email and was working on an answer. When we were ready to make an offer on our house, she researched recent sales to make sure our offer wasn't too high; thanks to her, we ended up paying less for the house than we might've otherwise.<br/><br/>She made the whole experience of buying our first home SO much less stressful than it would've been otherwise, and she made house shopping enjoyable and even funny! We will absolutely recommend her to everyone we know.

Jody was well prepared for the two days of house hunting and was knowledgeable about the various areas I was looking at. I relocated my family back to the Toledo area from Chicago and Jody was incredibly helpful. She is professional, responsive and super positive. The later was really important as we fell on a few snags during the inspection process. She was on top of every request and kept things moving - driving toward consensus with the seller. Even though we were purchasing a house from 300 miles away, Jody was so attentive and communicative, it wasn't an issue. We ended up with a great deal on the house of our dreams - thanks Jody!
Funny story--my friend, Andrea in Michigan, told me she knew a Realtor who was really good and she would recommend her to me if we needed someone. I didn't end up asking her for a recommendation because we ended up working with Jody Zink to buy our house. I, of course, told my friend how great the person was that we found and how punctual she was, etc. etc. Months later, we realized we were both talking about the same person... Jody Zink! Jody knows the area well and has excellent response time. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home. She was aggressive enough to get our last-minute offer in on the perfect home for our growing family. If it weren't for Jody, I know we would not have ended up getting this home. She was great!!
Jody was wonderful! She was actually recommended to me by multiple friends and I would recommend her to anyone I know. She gave us advice when we needed it and was always available no matter what time of day. She even went as far as to follow up a few times in the weeks after we moved in to our new house just to make sure everything was still going well.
We had a not-so-fortunate experience with our first realtor when we first began aggressively house hunting. My fiancee and I were frustrated and unhappy, and emailed several realtors expressing exactly what kind of person we needed to work with - reliable, responsive, patient, hardworking, understanding, etc. Jody was the first to respond, and I believe she was a saving grace from day one. She ALWAYS put our needs first, whether it was meeting in the evening during the week, or several times on the weekend. She put every ounce of herself into getting us a house that had everything we wanted and was still affordable. We are getting married this year, and wanted not only a house, but a home that we can grow into. I would highly highly HIGHLY recommend Jody to anyone purchasing a house, selling a house, or all of the above. She made the experience fun, exciting, always gave a good laugh and never ever made us feel like we were asking too much or brought any negativity to the table. One of the first things she said to us was that she hoped to get us to the finish line, and she succeeded 100% in that. Jody is an amazing realtor! We spent nearly 9 months this past year looking for a home in the greater Toledo area. I expressed my concerns to Jody up front, and explained that I had been dissatisfied with realtors in the past because I am a very demanding client. Jody jumped right in without an ounce of hesitation. She answered every question and addressed every concern. She never once made us feel like we were being too picky or bothersome. I cannot tell you the number of texts/emails/phone calls Jody and I exchanged throughout this process, not once did she ever make it seem like I was bothering her. She is the most patient, hard-working, enthusiastic person I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She made our house-buying process a wonderful experience. After 9 months of searching, we finally closed on our new home last night! We could not be happier with our home and the service we received along the way. I didn’t know Jody and Zillow actually put me in contact with her when I requested additional info on a house I was interested in on the site. Wow, did I luck out with such a great real estate agent...thanks Zillow! I was interested in purchasing a home for my two boys while they attend Toledo University. I thought this was going to be a huge challenge since I live 3 hours away making my availability very limited. I was very impressed with Jody since she made herself available to take me to view homes when it fit my schedule. She is very responsive- quick to return email and phone calls and super fast at answering any questions. She really understands the local neighborhoods and knows what is important to each customer- so she knows the best houses to show you. Jody listened to everything I was looking for in a home and found the perfect home for my boys! We did run into a few snags, first attempt was a short sale that fell apart however; Jody kept me positive and worked magic with finding an even better deal. Thanks, Jody! Highly recommend!!
Jody Is a highly skilled RE/MAX Associate whose professionalism and knowledge of the housing market was exceptional. Jody was always available, night and day to answer any concerns and questions.
