I found Jody by chance while looking for my first home online. She answered all of my questions even when I'm sure it seemed I wasn't too serious about buying a home (I couldn't decided what I really wanted). <br/><br/>Throughout the home shopping and buying process she was always just a text, call, or email away and answered promptly. I often felt I was being the most needy client ever, but she never made me feel that way. She was always more than happy to go above and beyond.<br/><br/>She helped us find the perfect house and after 3 months of negotiations with the seller and a few small snags (from the seller's side) she helped me buy the starter home of my dreams! I couldn't be happier with my first home buying experience. Jody did a great job on a complicated transaction. She referred us to a really good mortgage broker and home inspector. She was always available to answer questions and keep us updated. She has good local connections, which was a huge plus for us since we were moving from out of state. I would recommend Jody without hesitation. Jody helped me with an in-town move within a short timeframe.
