Jody did an excellent job of showing us houses which fit our budget and requirements. She was quick to notice and point out conditions within some properties we visited which would be problematic both in the short and long term. Jody always responded quickly to questions and kept in constant communication through texts and email. She connected us to the online listing which provided a nice range of homes in our preferred areas. Jody was excellent at the negotiation table, representing our interests fairly and with a great knowledge of policies. It was nice to feel that we had someone clearly in our corner as we searched for our home. If you are looking for a relator, I can't recommend Jody enough!
