I cannot recommend Jody highly enough. Due to a job relocation I was selling a house off season, last minute, & leaving the state within 3 weeks so it was incredibly important to get the right realtor. I called & interviewed Jody because I looked her up online & saw that she had a lot of great reviews & had good sales numbers but what sealed the deal was her honesty. You would think that made her an easy choice but it was quite the opposite. We had met with another seller in the area & was given a much higher listing price for our house. Jody gave us her number & explained that with the other higher number we would get very few showings & we could expect the house to sit on the market for quite a long time, 6 months at least. By listing at the higher price we were planning on making price drops basically so we would still end up at the lower price & after paying 6 months of mortgages. That was hard to hear but the other realtor never took the time to explain all of that. Jody talked with us for quite awhile answering a million questions & gave us great info & suggestions we didn't know. Also, because of being out of state, Jody really had to help us with a number of things that came up with the house. She never acted like she was doing us a favor, just acted like she was happy to help & it was all part of the Jody service. We listed with her at her suggested price & immediately had multiple showings. In less than 2 months Jody had our house sold! If you want an honest, hard working realtor who knows what they're doing, look no further, you won't find a better realtor.

Jody is great for first time home buyers! She was able to talk us through every step and was great at explaining all of the things we didn't previously know.

Selling/buying can be very stressful (obviously), and we had numerous questions throughout the process. Thankfully Jody was very prompt in returning calls, texts, and emails. She didn't let the ball drop when various things didn't go smoothly and could have affected the sale. She is committed to putting in the work/resources to sell a house.

When we were scheduling the showings we got to work with her amazing assistant Kristi, she is friendly and her responses were lighting fast to every text or email. Some of my favorite things about working with Jody is that when we were looking at homes, she would point out if there was foundation problems or other "red flags" and would say "just so you're aware". For example, in the home we ended up buying, the breaker box was part of a class action lawsuit and she told us about it right away. I am so glad that she didn't try to sugar coat any concern I had with a home either. It was like looking at homes with a friend who is on your side. She was in communication with us early in the morning or late at night, whatever we needed, she was there! She even encouraged us to ask for more repairs than we were thinking of asking for.
