Jody did great with advertisement on line. I think more people saw the house. Great suggestion what people are looking for in a home to buy on their lists. AC, shower. Closing were well. Would work with her again if needed.

Jody did a great job for us. She showed us a lot of houses and was patient with us because we were very fussy. We kept providing her with lists of houses we wanted to see and Kristi (her assistant) did a great job of working with our schedules. Jody gets a lot of credit for being the Realtor, but we want to give a shout out to Kristi, too! She works hard and needs to be recognized for her hard work behind the scenes. They are a great team!

Jody is a professional outgoing Realtor. Her knowledge of the area and assistance with pinpointing the value of my home was perfect. Jody and her staff are quick to respond whether by email, text or phone. If they were not immediately available I always had a response from them within minutes of contacting them. Jody is the perfect example of what you think a Realtor should be. I would recommend her highly.

When I was looking for a realtor, in one of my searches Jody's name popped up. I read all of the reviews and decided she was the best fit to accomplish what I needed. I loved that she had an online presence, because when I researched some other names that people had given me there was nothing online to guide me. Jody is very professional, helpful, qualified, easy to work with and great at communicating quickly when time is of the essence. We had looked at several homes together that didn't quite excite us. We were scheduled to see one at 11:00 one day. I looked at the new listings and found one that looked like a sure fit. I emailed her at 6:30 in the morning and mentioned that we'd like to see it ASAP. When she met us she told us she got the email and we were going to see that one also. As soon as I walked in --- it was perfect for us!!! It was in a desirable location and we needed to act fast. Jody suggested a starting price & we made the offer. However, she called us back within a few hours (and this was on a Sunday!) and said that there was another party making an offer at the same time and the buyer was going to choose the bottom-line best offer. So, we were going in blindly and not knowing what the other party was offering. We followed Jody's perfect advice and guidance, wrote a 2nd offer and held our breath. Later that afternoon we got a call that they chose our offer and we had the house!! It couldn't have happened without her experience and diligence to make it happen. Jody is a pleasure to work with and works very hard at what she does!! I would highly recommend her (and I have) to anybody looking to purchase or sell a home!

We were amazed on how quickly Jody was able to sell our home in East Toledo. Our house sold for more money than any in East Toledo in many years. She always answered our texts, calls, and email. Jody was experienced in all forms of media advertising which allowed a wider audience of buyers. She also held a broker's open house which exposed our property to a large number of realtors. Her efforts paid off. We were able to sell our house in two months even though there was 10 inches of snow on the ground and temperatures dipped to 16 degrees below zero.
