For example, she would let us know that houses in a particular area tended to have cracking issues with the foundation because of the type of soil. We were very satisfied with them as well. We're glad we chose Jody to help us find and purchase our home.

Jody was the first we met with, and after she left we knew she was who we wanted to list with. We did not even bring in anyone else. When I was looking for a realtor, in one of my searches Jody's name popped up. I read all of the reviews and decided she was the best fit to accomplish what I needed. I loved that she had an online presence, because when I researched some other names that people had given me there was nothing online to guide me. Jody is very professional, helpful, qualified, easy to work with and great at communicating quickly when time is of the essence. We had looked at several homes together that didn't quite excite us. We were scheduled to see one at 11:00 one day. I looked at the new listings and found one that looked like a sure fit. I emailed her at 6:30 in the morning and mentioned that we'd like to see it ASAP. When she met us she told us she got the email and we were going to see that one also. As soon as I walked in --- it was perfect for us!!! It was in a desirable location and we needed to act fast. Jody suggested a starting price & we made the offer. However, she called us back within a few hours (and this was on a Sunday!) and said that there was another party making an offer at the same time and the buyer was going to choose the bottom-line best offer. So, we were going in blindly and not knowing what the other party was offering. We followed Jody's perfect advice and guidance, wrote a 2nd offer and held our breath. Later that afternoon we got a call that they chose our offer and we had the house!! It couldn't have happened without her experience and diligence to make it happen. Jody is a pleasure to work with and works very hard at what she does!! I would highly recommend her (and I have) to anybody looking to purchase or sell a home!
